Goodsshifting provides moving and packing services, including but not limited to household shifting, office relocation, vehicle transportation, and warehouse storage. Services are subject to availability and the specifics of each booking agreement.
Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of advance payment as agreed upon during consultation.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery of services unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds will be processed as per our cancellation policy.
Ensure all items for transport are properly disclosed and ready for packing.
Remove any valuable or prohibited items (e.g., cash, jewelry, flammable materials) before handing over belongings to us.
Provide accurate information regarding the destination and other service details.
Goodsshifting ensures safe handling of your belongings; however, we are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters, unforeseen events, or improper packaging by the customer.
Transit insurance is available upon request and is recommended for high-value items.
We do not transport the following items:
Hazardous or flammable materials.
Illegal substances.
Perishable goods (unless prior arrangements are made).
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
In case of disputes, we encourage you to contact us at info@goodsshifting.com or 7294891739 / 9318383623 to resolve the matter amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ludhiana, India.
